Make-Ups
Are you registered for a series class and have to miss one? You’re in the right place!
Below is some policies/info, read through it, check out our Flow Chart, then fill out the form to schedule!
Because we keep track of when people will be absent so that we can schedule make-ups in their place, we do ask that you notify us before the missed class if you wish to make it up.
You can’t schedule a make-up for a make-up, so make sure the class you schedule is a class you can make it too.
Make-ups must take place with-in the series dates that the missed class was from.
There are no “Make-ups” for Drop-in format classes. For those we have a 24hr. early cancel policy, you can log into your MindBody account (browser version is best) and cancel out of any Drop-in format class 24hrs before it is scheduled to start, that pass will go back to your account to be used in the future.
We CANNOT issue an account credit in place of a make-up, we do not prorate classes, and a make-up cannot be “applied” to a new series of classes.
Only ONE make-up per series, if you plan to miss more than 1 class from a series it may be best to try some of our drop-in classes that month. There is a $10 reschedule fee for each make-up scheduled after the first complementary make-up.
We can only schedule make-ups for similar class types as what you’re currently enrolled in.

FAQ’s
What class can I take as a make-up?
Typically we will try to find the closest comparable class to the class you are missing (i.e. if you are in Pole Elements we’ll try to get you into another Pole Elements class), but in the case that we can’t we’ll try to find a class that is a similar level and a drop-in format so that when you come for your make-up you’re not behind the other student in the class!
What’s the difference between a “Make-up” and a “Drop-in”?
To put it simply, you have to pay for a Drop-in, you schedule a make-up free of charge. Since you’ve already paid for the class when you signed up for the series, you don’t need to pay to reserve your space in a class as a Make-up. You’re name will be added to the make-ups list for the instructor to see, you will not receive a reminder email (so put it in your calendar), and your email correspondence will serve as confirmation.
What if we’re unable to find a suitable make-up class?
In the rare case that everything is totally full or we can’t find a class that will work with your schedule, you can reserve the Rosé Room for an hour for free in exchange for a make-up!
What if I need to make-up more than one class from a series?
If you know that you will be missing more than one class from a series we recommend sticking to our Drop-in classes for that month. If unexpected things come up that cause you to miss more than one class of a series you have the option to pay a 50% rescheduling fee for each make-up scheduled after the first complimentary make-up.
